Work Revision Policy at Nora Consulting
Definition of Revision
Revision for the purpose of this website is defined as minor changes, small tweaks or rearrangement of the work/consulting offered to the client. A request made by a client shall be deemed to be a revision when the original topic, research objectives and specifications of the consulting service requirement do not change.
Time Period Allowed for Revision
Our clients can request for revision in the services within thirty working days from the date of receipt of consulting services/work. Revision requests received after this period shall not be deemed as revisions and additional amount may be payable for the same.
Time Required to Complete Revisions
Usually the revisions can be completed within five working days from the date of receipt of revision request at Rapid Collaborate. However, if the consultant is working on another project, this may get extended to twelve working days.
Number of Revisions Allowed
We have not capped the number of times our client can ask for revisions. As such, our clients can ask for any number of times revisions in their document. However, any revision request received after thirty days from the date of completion of the first draft may be charged for.
