How it Works

Our service process can be divided into five main categories from when a client submits his requirements to the final completion of research consulting service.

Submit your requirements

The client relationship managers at Nora Consulting will ask you for many details of your requirements and will send you a series of questions to understand the topic and service requirement. This is the first step and you can submit a quote request through the website here.

We will match you
with a consultant

Based on the topic of your research and your requirements which could be topic consultation, research design, writing, editing, statistical analysis, writing up of systematic literature review, qualitative data analysis using Nvivo or Atlas.ti or software implementation using Matlab, NS2, Java, Python, R or any other programming language, we shall match you with our consultants. The client relationship manager will create your project on Rapid Collaborate and create milestones for the project. For every milestone, a consultant will be matched to you.

Internal Quality Check

We lay a lot of emphasis on quality and ensure that every consulting project and document which we deliver is checked for quality of the work and is matched for the service scope initially agreed with the client, language and plagiarism before being sent out to the client. Our quality assurance department is the largest vertical in the company and works with all consultants for all projects. If the project fails on quality check, clients are notified of the possible delays in the work.

Final Order
Delivery

Order delivery takes place through Rapid Collaborate. Through the web application or mobile app, our clients will be able to download the files uploaded and read the comments and guidelines provided by the research consultants. Orders are delivered only through Rapid Collaborate.

Optional Revision Request

Our clients can place revision requests through the Rapid Collaborate web and mobile app. At Nora Consulting, we have not capped the number of revisions you can ask for since we understand that research is an iterative process and though we take immense effort in ensuring quality, sometimes we can be off the target. Clients can view the status of their revision requests and download revised versions of files from Rapid Collaborate.
